Refunds

Version of 16 October 2026.

14 days from your first payment

If Minkrop isn’t right for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription, whatever the plan (monthly, 6 months or annual). You don’t need to give a reason. The same applies to the first payment for a licence for an extra computer.

Renewals

Renewals are not refunded: by then the subscription has been running for a whole period. You can cancel at any time from your account page; the next renewal won’t happen and you keep Minkrop until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Once per customer

The 14-day refund is given once per customer. If you have already had a refund, a later purchase is refunded only where the law requires it.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address, or reply to the receipt from Paddle. Paddle, our reseller, refunds the card or payment method you paid with; how soon you see it depends on your bank.

What happens to your subscription

A refund cancels the subscription it is for, and Minkrop stops working on your computers when the refund is made. Licences for extra computers can be refunded on their own or with the subscription.

After 14 days

After those 14 days we don’t refund a period that has started. If a problem on our side stops Minkrop from working and we can’t fix it, write to us: we’ll refund the time you couldn’t use.

The free trial

The 15-day trial is free and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. Use it to make sure Minkrop works on your computer and with your photos before you buy.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under the law and doesn’t reduce them. If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of buying; this policy gives you the same for your first payment, also if you buy as a business. Where the law of your country gives you more (for example, a cancellation right at the renewal of an annual subscription in the UK), you get that too.
