Payment questions

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. A new account gets 15 days of the full app, with no card and no charge. One trial per person. When it ends, the app stops until you choose a plan.

How long do I keep the launch price?

For as long as your subscription renews without interruption. If it ends, a new subscription is at the regular price.

Is VAT included?

No. The prices shown exclude VAT and sales tax. At checkout the tax for your billing country is added, and the price also depends on that country.

How do I cancel?

At any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no reason needed. Renewals aren’t refunded, but you can cancel at any time before the next one. Details are on the refunds page. Refunds

Can I use it on more than one computer?

A licence covers 1 computer at a time, and you can move it by deactivating the old one on your account page. Extra computers are added to the subscription at 50% of your plan's price.
